Lesson THREE - HEALING

Q: Like the Phoenix, How to rise from the ashes and begin to reinvent yourself anew? 

--- READ CAREFULLY---

VERY IMPORTANT: MAKE SURE TO COMPLETE LESSON ONE AND TWO BEFORE ATTEMPTING LESSON THREE. Paramedics are at hand if you dare to try but please follow this instructions and  DO NOT CONTINUE UNLESS YOU ALREADY KNOW AND LOVE.

 3 people died here in London this week for not listening, I'm sure you also saw a lot funerals in your town. This is no joke. Make sure to follow the instructions to the letter for your own sake and safety. This is powerful stuff,  do not disrespect it or ignore it.

Follow these 3 simple steps:

1. CHANGING FROM AUTOMATIC TO MANUAL.- Know that now you're fully aware of what's going on. Things and situations will not longer just happen to you in your life. You'll need to take full responsibility of your reality. This is much easier than it sounds. Become aware of your new reality and relax in the KNOWING and LOVING of the previous lessons. You know you can do it, you have received everything you need for this new challenge and with triumph, you now hold the heads of your 3 greatest Demons in your hands. You know you have defeated Judgement, Fear and Doubt otherwise you wouldn't be here and with those heads you begin now to build the foundation of your new life ahead. 

- (I'll show you how to burry those heads deep inside a bloke of stone in a square shape to create the foundations of your own Great Pyramid, like the ones in Egypt.)

* Exercise 1:  IDENTIFY YOURSELF

- You already killed 3 Demons, now identify  the fourth one for your new structure. Think about something of great importance that you need personally to get rid of. Needs to be something that has caused you much harm and pain in the past. -  - Take all the time you need to discover what that might be. 

For example: What about IMPATIENCE? Would that help you not to expect immediate results from your actions, freeing you from stress, allow you to mature well enough to create long lasting change? Each child is different, this is only a suggestion. Remember LESSON ONE.  You now Know the right answer for you. Look for it!

- When you do, take these four massive heavy stones  in your life and turn them into the four grounding plinths where your new pyramid towards success will sit. Just Imagine! 

REMEMBER: These 4 stones made with the 4 head of your 4 greatest obstacles in life will set yourself free but will also serve as reminder of 'How close you came to danger.'

* Exercise 2: FOUNDATION 

Make sure to write the name of your 4 Demons down outside a square shape that you previously imagined in a piece of paper. (See figure 1) Now you can look at them  in the eye . YOU HAVE THE POWER to become their  Master and not their Victim. 

2. CONNECTING DOTS. Once you have your new foundation in place begin to build your pyramid up. Imagine a big dotted X right in the middle of your base extending and connecting to the four corners of your square shape. (Figure two) 

Make sure to create powerful connections between your thoughts and your words and actions. YOU CONTROL YOUR THOUGHTS and with it everything else too. 

- Feel it sinking in. Do it now. 

*Exercise 3: TIMELESS MEDITATION.

- Take several long deep breaths and as you exhale repeat out loud the sound OMMMMMMMMMM in a low tone powerful voice. In your Mind imagine these four massive stones going down deep into the ground. The sound you're producing creates a vibration that softens the ground to allows you to go even deeper in your mind. Continue this exercise for as long as you feel it right. 

3. BELIEVE, IMAGINE & DREAM: Create your new world, your new reality with everything you want ONLY. 

THERE'S NO PRE-DETERMINED PATH, DESTINY OR GOAL. You make it what you need, want and desire. Yes, before everything was different but now, you can CHOOSE DIFFERENTLY. It's your Right, after all you have gone through. BELIVE IT! So go ahead and dream of your life without illness and dis-ease of any kind. Your fortune and prosperity grater than your heart, if that's possible.  Expand to all corners of your world. Confident, powerful, generous, mighty, graceful, determined, grateful, innocent, fun, playful, loving, successful, healthy, strong, beautiful, young, happy, healthy and holy and whatever else that rocks your world. 

- This is your time of Creation, use is wisely, positively and generously. Remove the chuckles of your mind and allow yourself to run simple, wild and free towards the immensity of your own future. Your life awaits you. 

YOU ARE NOW READY TO HEAL COMPLETELY YOUR LIFE, MIND, BODY & SOUL. DO IT NOW!

* Exercise 4: WRITE IT ALL DOWN. Any way, any how. Just write it down.

FACT: You are desperate to LOVE but can't choose who, when or what.

Lesson TWO - ONENESS

Q: How to become ONE when you don't even know who you truly are? 

VERY IMPORTANT: MAKE SURE TO COMPLETE LESSON ONE BEFORE ATTEMPTING LESSON TWO. Paramedics are at hand if you dare to try but please take my advice:  DO NOT CONTINUE UNLESS YOU KNOW.

(first lesson was posted, on Tuesday 16th, July 2013 at 9:00am GMT)

Follow these 3 simple steps:

1. KNOW THAT YOU DON'T KNOW.- Be sure that you have NOT the slightest idea about anything, specially about yourself. Drop your guard and surrender to these words: "I DON'T KNOW MYSELF". This may sound way too crazy and illogic, it is. If you try to understand it, you will only get lost and loose control. BEWARE: You have only two soups here, either you let it go or you hold on to your old you.... And believe me when I say, you REALLY don't need that in your life anymore. 

And that's the way it IS. ACCEPT IT NOW!

2. TRUST THAT YOU ARE SAFE. - Judgement, Fear and Doubt will be the 3 Demons you'll need to defeat first and foremost. I'm sorry, there's no way out. You will have to become your greatest hero to confront this challenge. The good news is that YOU ALREADY WON 😃  You only need proof that you can do it for your mind to believe it. Once you defeat your demons you'll be able to say with a smile: "AND I THOUGHT I KNEW MYSELF"

3. PLAY SAFE. We play safe because we care and not because we're afraid. Since you are only starting to discover the real you, you are like a tiny tiny little piggy. Not yet a child. Many (and I mean MANY) opportunities will present to test yourself. Be kind and allow your New You to explore the world around with innocence and wonder. There's magic out there happening right now. Go and check it out! 

Take one aTINY step at a time. If you hurt yourself, that's ok. Discover pain as your new best friend that will keep you safe like SANCHO to EL QUIJOTE (If you don't know about El Quijote, Google it)

The Human Ridicule

Q: WHY DO POEPLE NEED TO BE SO WELL DEFINED? 
(I'm going to answer this one myself as I don't believe you are at the required frequency to even understand it)

A: Obviously we're not talking about body shape (that was the hook) but about our individuality, human identity itself. The core of our existence, who are we? what are we? Since I believe the majority of humans have not the slightest idea what this "living" game is all about, they begin to construct boxes in their minds where they can put their toys (sexuality, ambitions, likes and dislikes, interests, etc) and feel safe and secured as they now belong 'somewhere' and that's less scary than belonging 'nowhere'.
If someone suddenly asks you: Who are you and you had no answer or honestly say 'I Don't Know', imagine the reaction that would create in both parties, the person who asked you and you! However, that's would be true in all cases, thou terribly scary.

SOLUTION: If everyone tells the truth and choose to share their true reality (insecurities, fears, angers as well as Love, passion and light) they will then realise that every single person in this planet is in the same position. Instead, in this New Age we're surrounded by "LightWorkers" that consciously ignore the fact that the majority of people they communicate with are as unhappy, depressed and sick as they are and still choose to just talk about Angels and the power of their smile  Kissing flowers, hugging trees, marvelling with every new sunset and sunrise, while the rest of the world die in frustration because nobody talks about their darkness or stupidity. We are afraid of ridicule more than the rage of god itself and the results are quite clear. Every mind is a world, when in reality should be: Every mind MAKES ONE World. I don't hate or dislike "light workers" I love them but I find them basic, limited and boring.

NOBODY KNOWS ANYTHING and that's a fact. But then, magic will take place, since darkness is not longer scary when is full of people.

- Why aren't you scared to enter a dark cinema? Because there's people in there. Why wouldn't be scary to accept we don't know anything substantial about Light and Darkness? Because we all look the same in darkness. How do I know this? Because I love playing in the dark even thou for the moment it's a pretty lonely place  That's why, I keep trying to invite people to come and play with me, to make it an even funnier world  full of love, honesty, true friendship, brotherhood of love 

RELAX THIS IS ONLY A GAME AND WE'RE HAVING FUN.

LESSON ONE- Knowing

FACT: You are desperate to know but don't know what.

Lesson One - KNOWING
Q: How to Remember something you don't know you know?

Follow these 3 simple steps.
1. KNOW THAT YOU KNOW.- Be sure that you already know something important. Focus on Wisdom, not information.
Tip: Expect the unexpected. Work with feelings not with thoughts.

2. TRUST THE UNKNOWN. - "DejaVu": (Research) You can't fully understand what is it but makes perfect sense. Ask yourself 3x3 times: What is that that I NEED TO KNOW RIGHT NOW?.
After asking, quiet down & LISTEN for a minimum of 3 long deep breaths (eyes closed).

3. TRUST THE KNOWN. Once you know, DO NOT DOUBT. Act on your new knowledge but don't question it. You know is all good stuff. It needs to be useful, kind and true for you and everyone else (if not, repeat steps 1 and 2). It comes as an Impulse, Thought or Vision. Big or tiny.
(If only Silence & Darkness appears, repeat step 1 and 2 until you know)

NOTE: This process always happens in an instant but may take years to master. Be constant and patient, you're worth it!

Session 19 - Acceptance of a new reality

Welcome to session 19

AIM: To allow the source of all to create, manifest, expand and fullfil every cell, every atom, every particle of our existence into being.

ACTION: To accept everything that comes to us as true manifestation of the power and love of God. No re-action but 'creative-action' from a space of understanding, compassion and tolerance.

WHAT IS CREATIVE ACTION?

Creative action is the ability to manifest the un-manifested into being. This may sound either too simple or too confusing to understand but in reality it is even simpler than it sounds. It means to allow, welcome, accept god to be within ourselves. As the only requirement is a silent, selfless mind. A mind trained to listen and create instead of an unstoppable mind with an automatic re-creation of thoughts, worries and fears. Creative-Action is a brand new action in action.

We'll all go to Source. We all come from Source. We all are source. However, we can also linger indefinitely in the limbo of an egoic mind trying to defined the reason of our own existence. And this happens more often than we can imagine by holding on to the thoughts of past experiences that keep re-creating the same circumstances in people's lives, the sense of loneliness and separation, sadness and emptiness.

That is why, people who believe to be poor continues to be poor even after winning the lottery. How many times we've seen people loosing all their winnings and ending up poorer than before the winning ticket?

How many miserable people we've seen suffering for the lack of love in their lives even though they have everything to be happy?

Or lets put it the other way around. How many times we've seen rich and powerful people loosing everything they own and in a matter of no times they're back on their feet and many times stronger than before. Or loving happy people lossing everything and everyone they love and in a matter of no-time they are back on their feet surrounded by all they could possibly need, want and love.

This all happens because our own conditionings. We are what we believe and we'll keep recreating the same reality everywhere we go unless we start changing the essence, the core of our own belief system.

This can be a daunting task, specially if you haven't done much Self-serching work recently. Is like asking a salmon fish to stop going back upstream to deposit its eggs and choose a different place. Or a lion to stop being a lion or a human to stop being an animal and become a being of Light.

CHALLENGE

Yes, it is a challenge but is possible too to consciously choose the inner path, the path our own Soul. This has nothing to do with what Mind wants, as the nature of Mind is to create separation. That's why we live in a relative world of 'ups and downs'.

True happiness comes from reaching a sense of communication, balance and harmony between all that we are as individuals and as part of Source.... that means bringing together our Body, Mind and Spirit as one. Reaching an understanding that one cannot live without the other as Mind without body can not be. Body without mind can not function. Soul without Mind and Body cannot experience itself hence rendering it's existence useless.

WHO WE ARE

We are the way god experience itself as with everything else. However as self-aware human beings with free will of thought, words and deeds we need to choose to be it. We're no only choosing to allow god to experience itself as the source of all but also in its own godliness as the creator of it all in true consciousness and awareness of Self...

Or not if we choose to believe in separation, duality and fear. We are created in the likeness of our creator therefore with all its power of creation, sustainability and destruction.

For us to show true love back god, we only need to allow god to be within ourselves and ACCEPT all that It is as part of it all. Loving, welcoming, embracing our new reality as brand new experiences and act accordingly. With the same sense of wonder of a little child. Following our intuition and heart at all times. No judgements, conditions or restrictions.

SENSE OF KNOWING

Knowing that every situation, challenge, experience, person is a blessing coming to us to teach us to love ourselves and therefore allowing god to experience self-love.

Knowing that every difficulty, problem, calamity and chaos is also a blessing coming to us to give us the opportunity to rise above our own conditionings and believes creating a new reality as we go along.

Knowing our Soul as the source of all our wisdom and knowing our wisdom as the soul of Source.

Remember to enjoy the process
